More Treasures

These growing ferns were sighted on a walk at the Gooseberry Falls State Park.  There were many popping out of the ground and these two caught my eye.  It reminded me of a story my father told me about relationships.  When two people are immersed, clinging to each other, they will drown themselves.  Though when they are side by side, sometimes at the same or different paces, they grow and thrive.

This morel was found in my mom's garden.  It was very exciting to hear my mom cheer with delight in finding her first one...then we started to see more and more hidden in the dry leaves...there's one and another and another!
